When you submit an event or program using the form below, upon review, it will be added to our ‘Events’ page.
For your event or program to be included, it must be:
- An in-person event, open to the public (ticketed or otherwise) and;
- Take place within the Halifax area.
This can include programs, studies, surveys, events, and activities.
Please be aware that some events or programs may not be eligible for promotion, including:
- For profit (e.g. business promotion)
- Religious service
- Political or advocacy gatherings (e.g. rallies, protests)
For recurring events on different dates, please submit a separate form for each date. If your event runs continuosly over a number of days (e.g. March 8 to March 15), you only need to submit one form. We review submissions weekly, and after submitting your event, you should see a confirmation message appear on your screen.
